Mother's Day @ Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Cafe Brio

Mother's Day!
Last year celebrations at 'i cant remember which hotel' was fully paid by my bro.. so this year supposed to be paid by me..

My mother loves the food at Copthorne Waterfront Hotel(beside Zouk).. The food is damn goood..but today was sunday and they only offer Brunch Buffet.. IT COSTS $62+++ /person!!

Dear Dressed up n ready to go!


We are ready to go! waiting for my father to pick us up..

I saved up on 2 person's fare though..
1. My bro's GF was sick..so $62 saved!
2. My mother has this 'ala carte' card that gave 20% discount..we had 5 pple..me n qx, bro, mum n dad..so 20% = 1 person less!

But the food was great ya noe..
Got this wonderful chocolate fountain. You're supposed to take the fruits/marshmellow n dip it into this chocolate fountain wor. HOHOHO! superb!

TADAH! chocolate covered delicious sweet strawberry!

Then there's LOBSTER! BIG BIG LOBSTER! Take as much as u want! haha.. CRABS.. ROASTED DUCK, PORK, CHICKEN, BURGERS, FISH FILLETS, SAUSAGES, FRESH PRAWN, BBQed PRAWNS, SASHIMI, SUSHI, 鸸肝, MUSSELS, MANY MANY CAKES, ICE CREAM, FRESH FRUIT JUICE blah blah blah..

Then of course got oysters.. but i swore not to eat them again.. N dear had to tell my mum how the last time i ate them, i vommitted..GRRrrARrr...

But at least my KIND AND BENEVOLENT father knowing how expensive it is..offered to give me half the money when he comes home tonight.. HOHOHO!
